Shipping & Handling Costs

As a small business, we need to account for shipping and handling costs, including boxes, packing materials, postage, and the labor it takes to ship orders out. Our handling fee runs $15 for most instruments and $5 for accessories and smaller items.

Our Shopify Online Store will automatically calculate shipping and handling during checkout.

Our current shipping carrier is UPS, with the following delivery options:

UPS® Ground
UPS® Ground Saver
UPS® Standard

We usually process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, depending on payment processing and personnel availability.
